Privacy policy

The short version

This website has one form. If you fill it in, we get an email. We do not run analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your station, your name, your email address, your current website if you give one, how many stations you own, and whatever you write in the notes field.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs for the requests your browser makes — IP address, time, which page. That is ordinary web hosting, not something we set up to watch you, and we do not read those logs to identify anybody.

What we do with it

We reply to you. We keep the enquiry so we remember the conversation. If you become a customer it becomes part of your account record. If you do not, it stays in our email until we clear it out.

We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

  • Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions before passing them to us.
  • Google Workspace carries our email, so your message sits in a mailbox there.

That is the whole list. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no third-party analytics on this site.

Cookies

This site sets none of its own. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your choices

Ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will — write to the address below. There is no form to fill in and no fee.

Customer sites are separate

This policy covers stationsites.fm only. A radio station website we build is that station’s own site, under its own privacy policy, and the station — not us — decides what it collects from its listeners.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
